Northern Region Coronation Spring Show 2023
DONKEYS TROT OUT FOR CORONATION CELEBRATIONS
Under a brilliantly sunny sky on the King’s Coronation weekend, donkeys from all over the Northern Region of the Donkey Breed Society came together in Whitestake, with their humans, for a Coronation Spring Show!
In addition to the usual Showing, Driving and Children’s classes, there was a Scavenger Hunt and a Fancy Dress class. Possibly the most memorable event of the day however, was the Coronation Pageant that saw Junior members of the Society dressed in fine royal regalia, made by Northern Region stalwart Olwen Brown. How amazing they looked!
