We’ve relaunched our Fab Farriers Award (FFA) giving you the chance to nominate your farrier should you feel they go above and beyond for your donkeys!
We want to continue to recognise those farriers that take on board the fact that donkeys are different to ponies and horses. We are in awe of those that have clearly gone out of their way to learn as much as possible about our lovely long-ears! They deserve to be recognised.
All you have to do to nominate a new farrier or one that you have successfully nominated before – great kudos incidentally to be awarded a second certificate – is explain why you think your farrier deserves a certificate! You can support your nomination with a picture of your farrier and your donkeys. Successful nominees will also be featured in several national publications, together with regional newsletters/magazines. Please include your contact details, those of your farrier and the name of your Region and email Sarah Booth at northerndonks@gmail.com.
That we have farriers we can trust to do their best for the donkey is vitally important to us all.
